What payment methods do you use and is it safe using my credit card to pay?
Visa, MasterCard and COD are acceptable methods of payment. We use a secure checkout system for all online payments; please ensure your details are entered correctly to avoid any delays to your order.
How do I make a purchase?
Once you have found the item you want to purchase, click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page. Give your billing and delivery address details. Select the payment method. If card payment pls procedure as required. Once give all the details confirm the order.
Can I make a purchase without creating an account?
Yes, you can. But signing up with us will allow you to enjoy a range of benefits such as:

How much is your delivery fee and how long does it take?
Delivery charges will be added on to the total value of your order at checkout. You may track your order using the order tracking.
Local Delivery costs are calculated depending on your delivery address with a delivery time frame of 1 to 3 working days within Colombo and suburbs, and 5 working days to all other parts of the island unless otherwise specified.
If we determine that we will not be able to deliver an order within the promised timeframe, we will immediately contact you via email.
